❗️ Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes — you can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t been processed for shipping yet.

To cancel your order:

  1. Contact us immediately at contact@playexus.com

  2. Include your Order Number and reason for cancellation

⏱️ Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a return after delivery.


✏️ Can I Change My Order?

You may request small changes (such as address edits or product color) within 2 hours of placing the order.

To request a change:

  • Email us at contact@playexus.com

  • Mention your Order Number and clearly state the change you want


🚚 Already Shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or change it. However:

  • You can refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us

  • Or wait for the item to arrive and request a return (if eligible)
